Class Description

6-week block over January and February for intermediate-advanced level. **Please note the class is full, so please only book if you're already taking this class, or you are on the waitlist and have been contacted to say there is a space** You continue to learn the classic Pilates repertoire as well as modern variations while incorporating correct alignment, core engagement and breathing technique. Small class size (at this level max 10 in-person participants + 4 via zoom) to ensure individual attention and feedback. Limitations to movement catered for (sore hips, knees, wrists etc). Please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please let me know and I can bring a spare. If you don't live in Kirkcaldy, you can also join this class on Zoom. You can book the block under Online classes section. Dates: 6 Tuesdays 6.30-7.25pm from 7th January to 11th February. Venue: St Peter's Episcopal Church hall, Townsend Place, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1HB. You can park at the church car park anywhere on the gravel area. The tarmac space is reserved for church staff. Cancellation policy for the in-person course: If you cancel your course with a minimum of 7 days notice, you get a full refund. If less than 7 days, no refunds are given. Instead, you will get 6 weeks access to the Video Library on the website. If you miss individual classes over the course, please let Anna know. For each missed class you can request a 7 Days On-Demand video access or take a make up class on another day. No refunds are given for missed classes.
